As a business that offers “Level to Level” solutions, we recently got to visit with a volunteer organisation that have very little funding to see what solution we could offer to them in order to help 2 of their limited mobility clients alight and descend 2 flights of stairs.
Having done our survey we were able to give them 5 options…….
We are very mindful that they are a volunteer organisation and their financial status and we were delighted to be able to give them so many options.
Our thoughts are that no other company that looked at this job considered all aspects of the requirements and gave as many solution options as we did !
